9. Formal Translation
Only be cautious, and guard your soul, lest you forget the things that your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life; and you shall make them known to your sons and to your sons’ sons.
9. Dynamic Translation
Be very vigilant to keep yourself from forgetting what your eyes have seen, and do not let these things slip from your heart throughout all your life. Teach them to your children and to your grandchildren.
