14. Formal Translation For everything that is made visible is light. Therefore it says, “Awake, you who sleep, and rise from the dead, and Christ {Christos, Anointed Life-Giver} will shine on you.” |
14. Dynamic Translation Everything that becomes visible is light. That is why it says, “Wake up, sleeper, and get up from among the dead, and Christ {Christos, Bringer of Light} will shine upon you.” |
