| 8. Formal Translation Moses said, “When the LORD {Yahweh, Wilderness Provider} gives you meat in the evening to eat and bread in the morning to satisfy you, because the LORD hears your complaints that you raise against Him, what are we? Your complaints are not against us but against the LORD.” |
| 8. Dynamic Translation Moses said, “In the evening the LORD {Yahweh, Patient Hearer} will provide meat for you to eat, and in the morning He will give all the bread you need to be full. The LORD has heard your grumbling; who are we? You are not grumbling against us but against the LORD.” |
