| 35. Formal Translation And if a man’s ox strikes his neighbor’s ox and it dies, they shall sell the living ox and divide its price; and they shall also divide the dead animal. |
| 35. Dynamic Translation If someone’s ox fatally injures his neighbor’s ox, they must sell the live ox, divide the proceeds, and also divide the dead ox. |
