2. Formal Translation Pharaoh said, “Who is the LORD {Yahweh, Supreme Sovereign} that I should heed His voice and send Israel away? I do not know the LORD, and I will not send Israel away.” |
2. Dynamic Translation Pharaoh replied, “Who is the LORD {Yahweh, the One you claim as God} that I should heed Him and let Israel go? I do not know the LORD, and I will not let Israel go.” |
