7. Formal Translation Therefore thus says the Lord GOD {Adonai Yahweh, Supreme Judge}: “Your slain whom you have placed in its midst are the flesh, and this city is the cauldron; but I will bring you out from its midst.” |
7. Dynamic Translation Therefore, this is what the Lord GOD {Adonai Yahweh, Sovereign Ruler} says: “The bodies you killed and left in this city are the meat, and the city is the pot—but I will bring you out of it.” |
