Three successive negations lo-yihyu {לֹא־יִהְיוּ | lōʾ-yi-ḥyû}, lo-yikatevu {לֹא יִכָּתֵ֔בוּ | lōʾ-yiḵ-kā-ṯê-ḇû}, and lo-yavo’u {לֹא יָבֹ֑אוּ | lōʾ-yā-bōʾû} frame exclusion from the council, registry, and land of Israel.
