Exegesis

The verse presents a cumulative progression through a series of vav-consecutive Qal verbs—vattaʿdī {וַתַּעְדִּי | wat-taʿ-dî} ‘and you were adorned’, wattîpî {וַתִּיפִי | wat-tî-pî} ‘and you became beautiful’, and watitsləḥî {וַתִּצְלְחִי | wat-tslə-ḥî} ‘and you prospered’—interrupted by the perfect forms ʾākhaltī {אכלתי | ʾā-khal-tî} ‘I ate’ and ʾākhalt {אָכָלְתְּ | ʾā-khal-t} ‘you ate’, here used to maintain the second-person address.
