וַיְהִ֤י{va-ye-HI###vah-yeh-HEE###and there was} נֶֽשֶׁר־אֶחָד֙{NE-sher-e-KHAD###NEH-shehr-eh-KHAAD###an eagle, one} גָּד֔וֹל{ga-DOL###gah-DOHL###great} גְּד֥וֹל{ge-DOL###geh-DOHL###great} כְּנָפַ֖יִם{ke-na-FA-yim###keh-nah-FAH-yihm###of wings} וְרַב־נוֹצָ֑ה{ve-rav-no-TSA###veh-rahv-noh-TSAH###and much plumage} וְהִנֵּה֩{ve-hin-NE###veh-hihn-NEE###and behold} הַגֶּ֨פֶן{ha-GE-fen###hah-GEH-fehn###the vine} הַזֹּ֜את{ha-ZOT###hah-ZOHT###this} כָּֽפְנָ֧ה{kaf-NA###kahf-NAH###bent} שָׁרֳשֶׁ֣יהָ{sha-ro-SHE-ha###shah-roh-SHEH-hah###its roots} עָלָ֗יו{a-LAV###aa-LAAV###toward him} וְדָֽלִיּוֹתָיו֙{ve-da-li-yo-TAV###veh-dah-lih-yoh-TAAV###and its branches} שִׁלְחָה־לּ֔וֹ{shil-KHA-LO###shihl-KHAH-LOH###it sent forth to him} לְהַשְׁק֣וֹת{le-hash-KOT###leh-hahsh-KOHT###to water} אוֹתָ֔הּ{o-TA###oh-TAH###it} מֵעֲרֻג֖וֹת{me-a-ru-GOT###mee-ah-ruh-GOHT###from the beds} מַטָּעָֽהּ׃{ma-ta-A###mah-tah-AAH###of its planting}
