13. Formal Translation And you will know that I am the LORD {Yahweh, Ultimate Revealer} when their slain lie in the midst of their idols and the surroundings of their altars, on every high hill, on all the mountaintops, and under every green tree and under every dense oak—the place where they set a pleasing fragrance to all their idols. |
13. Dynamic Translation Then you will realize that I am the LORD {Yahweh, One Who Exposes} when their slain lie among their idols, around their altars, on every high hill and on every mountaintop, under every spreading tree and every leafy oak in the places where they offered sweet incense to all their idols. |
