Ezra 3:10:1וְיִסְּד֥וּveyisseduand they founded or laid {a foundation}

10. Formal Translation
When the builders had set the temple’s foundation for the LORD {Yahweh, Sanctuary Lord}, the priests stood in vestments with trumpets, and the Levites, the sons of Asaph, held cymbals to praise the LORD in keeping with the ordinance given by David king of Israel.
10. Dynamic Translation
Once the builders established the foundation for the LORD’s temple {Yahweh, Center of Praise}, the priests donned special robes with trumpets, and the Levites, the sons of Asaph, played cymbals to praise the LORD according to David’s pattern.
