14. Formal Translation Also, the vessels of the house of God, both gold and silver, which Nebuchadnezzar had taken from the temple in Jerusalem and transferred to the temple in Babylon—King Cyrus then removed them from the Babylonian temple and handed them over to Sheshbazzar, whom he had made governor. |
14. Dynamic Translation He likewise took out the gold and silver vessels of the house of God that Nebuchadnezzar had removed from the Jerusalem temple and placed in the temple of Babylon. Then King Cyrus retrieved them from the Babylonian temple and delivered them to Sheshbazzar, whom he appointed governor. |
