14. Formal Translation Shall we turn back to break Your {Yahweh, Avenging Judge} commandments and intermarry with the peoples who practice these abominations? Would You not become angry with us until You had consumed us, leaving no remnant or survivor? |
14. Dynamic Translation Are we now reverting to disobeying Your {Yahweh, Righteous Judge} commands and intermarrying with the peoples practicing these abominations? Would You not be enraged with us until You had utterly consumed us, leaving neither remnant nor survivor? |
