11. Formal Translation And I called for a drought upon the land, and upon the mountains, and upon the grain, and upon the new wine, and upon the oil, and upon that which the ground brings forth, and upon man, and upon beast, and upon all the labor of the hands. |
11. Dynamic Translation I summoned a drought over the land, the mountains, the grain, new wine, oil, everything the ground produces, people, animals, and all the work done by human hands. |
