28. Formal Translation For the law appoints mortals as high priests, subject to frailty, but the word sworn by oath, which followed the law, appoints the Son {huios, Eternal High Priest}, who has been perfected for all time. |
28. Dynamic Translation The law assigns people who are weak to serve as high priests, but the promise confirmed by an oath, given after the law, appoints His Son {huios, Perfected Savior}, who has been made perfect forever. |
