Isaiah 10:4:1בִּלְתִּ֤יbiltiexcept, only
Isaiah 10:4:2כָרַע֙kharato crouch or bow down Isaiah 10:4:3תַּ֣חַתtakhatunder, beneath Isaiah 10:4:4אַסִּ֔ירasira prisoner or captive Isaiah 10:4:5וְתַ֥חַתvetakhatand under, and beneath Isaiah 10:4:6הֲרוּגִ֖יםharugimthose killed, slain ones Isaiah 10:4:7יִפֹּ֑לוּyippoluthey will fall Isaiah 10:4:8בְּכָל־זֹאת֙bekholzotin all this, for all this Isaiah 10:4:9לֹא־שָׁ֣בloshavhas not turned back, has not returned Isaiah 10:4:10אַפּ֔וֹapohis anger, his nose Isaiah 10:4:11וְע֖וֹדveodand still, and yet Isaiah 10:4:12יָד֥וֹyadohis hand Isaiah 10:4:13נְטוּיָֽה׃סnetuyastretched out, extended
4. Formal Translation
Nothing remains except to crouch among the prisoners, or to fall among the slain. For all this, His {Yahweh, Unwavering Judge} anger has not turned back, and still His hand is stretched out.
4. Dynamic Translation
There is nothing left but to crouch with the captives, or to fall with the dead. Even after all this, His {Yahweh, Relentless Authority} anger remains, and His hand is still outstretched.
