Isaiah 13:20:1לֹֽא־תֵשֵׁ֣בloteshevit will not be inhabited or dwelt in

20. Formal Translation
She shall never be inhabited, and she shall not be settled from generation to generation; neither shall an Arab pitch a tent there, nor shall shepherds make their flocks lie down there.
20. Dynamic Translation
No one will ever live there, and no one will settle in it for generations; not even desert tribes or shepherds will pitch tents or let their flocks lie down there.
