Isaiah 15:2:1עָלָ֨הalahe has gone up

2. Formal Translation
He goes up to the house, to Dibon, and to the high places for weeping. Over Nebo and over Medeba Moab wails; every head is bald, and every beard is shorn.
2. Dynamic Translation
Moab goes up to its temple house and its high places at Dibon to mourn. It cries out over Nebo and Medeba; every head is shaved and every beard is cut off.
