Isaiah 16:4:1יָג֤וּרוּyaguruthey will sojourn

4. Formal Translation
Let my outcasts sojourn with you, Moab; be a shelter for them from the face of the destroyer. For the oppressor has come to an end, plundering has ceased, and the trampler has vanished from the land.
4. Dynamic Translation
Shelter my banished people with you, Moab; give them refuge from the plunderer. The oppressor has vanished; violence has ended, and those who trample have disappeared from the land.
