| 6. Formal Translation And the inhabitant of this coastland will say in that day, “Behold, such is our expectation, where we fled for help, to be delivered from the king of Assyria, and how shall we escape?” |
| 6. Dynamic Translation On that day those living on this coastland will say, “See, this is what we were hoping for, where we ran for help to save us from the king of Assyria, and how can we possibly escape?” |
