| 4. Formal Translation Therefore I said, “Look away from me; I will bitterly weep in my tears. Do not hurry to comfort me concerning the destruction of the daughter of my people.” |
| 4. Dynamic Translation That is why I said, “Turn aside from me; let me cry out in my tears. Do not rush to comfort me over the devastation of my people’s daughter.” |
