וְכֵלַ֖י{ve-KHE-lai###veh-KHEH-lai###and the instruments or tools of} כֵּלָ֣יו{ke-LAV###keh-LAAV###him} רָעִ֑ים{ra-IM###raa-IHM###are evil} ה֚וּא{HU###HOO###he} זִמּ֣וֹת{zim-MOT###zihm-MOHT###schemes} יָעָ֔ץ{ya-ATS###yaa-AHTS###he plans} לְחַבֵּ֤ל{le-kha-BEL###leh-khah-BEHL###to ruin or to destroy} ענוים{a-na-VIM###ah-nah-VEEM###humble ones or afflicted ones} עֲנִיִּים֙{a-ni-YIM###ah-nih-YEEM###poor ones} בְּאִמְרֵי־שֶׁ֔קֶר{be-im-RE-SHE-ker###beh-ihm-REE-SHEH-kehr###with words of falsehood} וּבְדַבֵּ֥ר{u-ve-da-BER###oo-veh-dah-BEHR###and in speaking} אֶבְי֖וֹן{ev-YON###ehv-YOHN###a needy one} מִשְׁפָּֽט׃{mish-PAT###mihsh-PAHT###justice or judgment}
