12. Formal Translation And the harp and lute, the tambourine and flute, and wine are at their feasts, but the work of the LORD {Yahweh, Righteous Sovereign} they do not regard, nor do they see the deed of His hand. |
12. Dynamic Translation They have harps and lyres, tambourines and flutes, and plenty of wine at their feasts, but they pay no attention to what the LORD {Yahweh, Covenant Guide} is doing, nor do they notice the deed of His hand. |
