18. Formal Translation For thus says the LORD {Yahweh, Righteous Judge}: Behold, I am slinging out the inhabitants of the land at this very time, and I will bring distress upon them so that they may find it. |
18. Dynamic Translation For this is what the LORD {Yahweh, Disciplining God} says: Pay attention—I am flinging out the people living in this land at this moment, and I will cause them trouble so they will come to realize it. |
