21. Formal Translation For the shepherds have become senseless, and they have not sought the LORD {Yahweh, Judge of Shepherds}; therefore they have not prospered, and all their flock is scattered. |
21. Dynamic Translation The shepherds have acted senselessly and did not turn to the LORD {Yahweh, People’s Overseer}; so they did not succeed, and all of their flock has been scattered. |
