   and you shall say to them {the} word this thus said the LORD God of Israel every jar will be filled wine and they will say to you knowing, do we not know not we know that, for every jar will be filled wine

Exegesis

The people’s response begins with veamru {וְאָמְר֣וּ | wə-ʾām-rū} ‘and they shall say,’ leading into the emphatic question hayadoa lo neda {הֲיָדֹ֙עַ֙ לֹ֣א נֵדַ֔ע | ha-yā-dō-ʿa lō nə-ḏaʿ} ‘Do we not know…?’ Highlighting the obvious sets up the prophetic irony of the message.
