Exegesis

The declaration kol nevel yimma-lê yayin {כָּל־נֵ֖בֶל יִמָּ֣לֵא יָ֑יִן | kol nê-ḇel yim-mā-lê yā-yin} functions as a nominal clause with nevel ‘jar’ as subject and the Nifal imperfect yimma-lê ‘shall be filled’ as predicate.
