| 18. Formal Translation Let my pursuers be put to shame, but let me not be put to shame. Let them be dismayed, but let me not be dismayed. Bring upon them the day of evil, and destroy them with double destruction. |
| 18. Dynamic Translation May my pursuers be disgraced, but keep me from disgrace. May they be terrified, but keep me from terror. Bring a day of disaster on them, and shatter them with a double blow. |
