| 19. Formal Translation Thus the LORD {Yahweh, Sovereign Messenger} said to me, “Go and stand in the gate of the children of the people, the one by which the kings of Judah enter and by which they go out, and in all the gates of Jerusalem.” |
| 19. Dynamic Translation The LORD {Yahweh, Divine Instructor} told me, “Go and stand at the People’s Gate, where the kings of Judah enter and leave, and also at all the gates of Jerusalem.” |
