וְהָיָה֙{ve-ha-YA###veh-haa-YAA###and he will be} כְּעַרְעָ֣ר{ke-ar-AR###keh-ar-AAR###like a juniper shrub} בָּֽעֲרָבָ֔ה{ba-a-ra-VA###baa-ah-rah-VAA###in the desert plain} וְלֹ֥א{ve-LO###veh-LOH###and not} יִרְאֶ֖ה{yir-E###yir-EH###he will see} כִּי־יָ֣בוֹא{KI-ya-VO###KEE-yaa-VOH###when it comes} ט֑וֹב{TOV###TOHV###good} וְשָׁכַ֤ן{ve-sha-KHAN###veh-shaa-KHAHN###and he will dwell} חֲרֵרִים֙{kha-re-RIM###hah-ree-REEM###in parched places} בַּמִּדְבָּ֔ר{ba-mid-BAR###bah-mihd-BAAR###in the wilderness} אֶ֥רֶץ{E-rets###EH-rehts###a land of} מְלֵחָ֖ה{me-le-KHA###meh-lee-KHAA###saltiness or salt} וְלֹ֥א{ve-LO###veh-LOH###and not} תֵשֵֽׁב׃ס{te-SHEV###tee-SHEHV###it will be inhabited or it will dwell}
