   and it happened from the next day or on the next day and brought out or released Pashhur {direct object marker} Jeremiah from the stocks or from the confinement and he said to him Jeremiah not Pashhur has called the LORD your name for or because but {rather} terror all around

Exegesis

The clause uses the negator lo {לֹ֤א | lōʾ} plus kara {קָרָ֤א | qā-rāʾ} ‘call’ to deny the name Pashhur, and the adversative conjunction ki im {כִּ֖י אִם־ | kî ʾim} ‘but rather’ sets up the divine renaming by YHWH {יְהוָה֙ | Yəhōwā́h}, who assigns magor-missaviv {מָגוֹר מִסָּבִֽיב | mā-gôr mis-sā-ḇîv} ‘terror on every side.’
