   and it happened from the next day or on the next day and brought out or released Pashhur {direct object marker} Jeremiah from the stocks or from the confinement and he said to him Jeremiah not Pashhur has called the LORD your name for or because but {rather} terror all around

Exegesis

The Hifil wayyiqtol verb vayotze {וַיֹּצֵ֥א | wa-yō-ṣēʾ} ‘brought out’ takes Pashhur {פַשְׁחוּר | paš-ḥūr} as subject and marks Jeremiah {יִרְמְיָהוּ | yir-mə-yā-hū} as object with et {אֶֽת־ | ʾeṯ}, while the prepositional phrase min-hamahpekhet {מִן־הַמַּהְפָּ֑כֶת | min ham-mah-pə-ḵeṯ} specifies the stocks as the instrument.
