The clause wə-’et-kol-yehû-ḏāh ’ĕtēn {וְאֶת־כָּל־יְהוּדָה אֶתֵּן | wə-’et-kol-yehû-ḏāh ’ĕtēn} “and I will give all Judah” introduces collective judgment, with the construct phrase bə-yad melekh-Bā·vel {בְּיַד מֶֽלֶךְ־בָּבֶל | bə-yad melekh-Bā·vel} “into the hand of the king of Babylon” identifying the agent.
