   hin-NE-ni al-ni-be-E kha-lo-MOT SHE-ker ne-UM-ye-ho-VAH va-ye-sa-pe-RUM va-yat-E-u et-a-MI be-shik-re-HEM u-ve-fa-kha-zu-TAM ve-a-no-KHI lo-she-lakh-TIM ve-LO tsi-vi-TIM ve-ho-EIL lo-yo-i-LU la-AM-ha-ZE ne-UM-ye-ho-VAH

   behold, I against prophesiers of dreams of falsehood utterance of the LORD and they recount them and they lead astray {direct object} my people by their lies and by their recklessness and I I did not send them and not I commanded them and to profit they do not profit to this people utterance of the LORD

Exegesis

The adversative ve-’ānōkhî lo-shelakhtîm ve-lō tsivvîtîm {וְאָנֹכִ֨י לֹֽא־שְׁלַחְתִּ֜ים וְלֹ֣א צִוִּיתִ֗ים | wə·’ā·nō·ḵî lō·šə·laḥ·tîm wə·lō ṣiw·wî·ṯîm} ‘yet I did not send them nor command them’ asserts divine disavowal, and the Hiphil infinitive absolute ve-hō‘êl {וְהוֹעֵ֛יל | wə·hō·ʿêl} with imperfect lō-yō‘îlū {לֹֽא־יוֹעִ֥ילוּ | lō·yō·ʿî·lū} ‘and they will not profit’ states the outcome. The closing ne’um-YHWH reaffirms divine authority.
