10. Formal Translation Upon whom shall I speak and warn, that they may hear? Behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they are not able to listen; behold, the word of the LORD {Yahweh, Truth Proclaimer} has become to them a reproach, and they do not delight in it. |
10. Dynamic Translation Who can I speak to and warn so that they will listen? Look, their ears are closed off, and they are not able to pay attention. The word of the LORD {Yahweh, Message Giver} is offensive to them, and they do not take pleasure in it. |
