Jeremiah 6:10:1עַל־מִ֨יalmiupon whom
Jeremiah 6:10:2אֲדַבְּרָ֤הadabberashall I speak Jeremiah 6:10:3וְאָעִ֙ידָה֙veaidaand shall I testify or warn Jeremiah 6:10:4וְיִשְׁמָ֔עוּveyishmeuthat they may hear Jeremiah 6:10:5הִנֵּה֙hinebehold Jeremiah 6:10:6עֲרֵלָ֣הarelauncircumcised {feminine} Jeremiah 6:10:7אָזְנָ֔םoznamtheir ear Jeremiah 6:10:8וְלֹ֥אveloand not Jeremiah 6:10:9יוּכְל֖וּyukheluthey are able Jeremiah 6:10:10לְהַקְשִׁ֑יבlehakshivto listen Jeremiah 6:10:11הִנֵּ֣הhinebehold Jeremiah 6:10:12דְבַר־יְהוָ֗הdevaryahwehword of the LORD Jeremiah 6:10:13הָיָ֥הhayahas been Jeremiah 6:10:14לָהֶ֛םlahemto them Jeremiah 6:10:15לְחֶרְפָּ֖הlekherpafor a reproach or scorn Jeremiah 6:10:16לֹ֥אlonot Jeremiah 6:10:17יַחְפְּצוּ־בֽוֹ׃yakhpetsuvothey delight in it
10. Formal Translation
Upon whom shall I speak and warn, that they may hear? Behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they are not able to listen; behold, the word of the LORD {Yahweh, Truth Proclaimer} has become to them a reproach, and they do not delight in it.
10. Dynamic Translation
Who can I speak to and warn so that they will listen? Look, their ears are closed off, and they are not able to pay attention. The word of the LORD {Yahweh, Message Giver} is offensive to them, and they do not take pleasure in it.
