Pray by naming one area where you usually hold back, then ask Jesus to meet you there with the same searching care he showed Nathanael. Ask for one next step toward truthfulness today.

Pray with One Honest Place

Bring these to God: the habit of hiding, the fear of being known, the desire to be honest before Jesus, and the hope of living with a clear conscience before him.

Growing in Openness

Pray for: someone who feels unseen; a chance to notice and name their dignity; and the grace to reflect Jesus' way of seeing others before they are able to explain themselves.
