Bring these to God: confusion you are carrying, pride that wants to seem certain, patience to keep asking, and humility to learn slowly.

Bring Your Questions Honestly

Lord, I lift up people who hear your word and feel lost by it. Give them patient minds, open hearts, and people who can help them listen well. Keep them from giving up when understanding is slow, and lead them into your truth, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Lift Up Someone Who Feels Confused

Give thanks for Jesus' patience with confused hearers; thank him that he keeps speaking even when understanding is slow; thank him for moments when clarity grows over time.
