Father, when I am tempted to keep my faith hidden, give me courage to take a wise next step. Help me honor Jesus openly, with humility and love, even when people may not understand, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

After these things, Joseph of Arimathea, being a disciple of Jesus , but hidden because of fear  of the Jews, asked Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus. And Pilate permitted him, so he came and took away His body.
