Lord, revive your Church where we have echoed the voices of the crowd. Give us courage to speak truth, compassion for the wrongly accused, and a clean conscience before you. Let us not join injustice, but stand with what is right, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Make Your People Honest and Bold

Lord, forgive us for the times we have stayed silent, repeated accusations without proof, or chosen the safer side instead of the truthful one. Cleanse our hearts and teach us to act justly, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Pray by naming one place where pressure is pushing you to go along with what is unfair. Ask God for courage to speak plainly, to protect the one who is being mistreated, and to keep your conscience clear.

Pray for Courage in a Hard Moment

Pray for people who are misjudged, falsely accused, or pushed aside by powerful voices; for judges and leaders to value truth over noise; and for communities to make room for fairness and mercy.

For the Unfairly Treated

Thank God for the innocence of Jesus and for his quiet strength when others demanded his death. Praise him that he does not answer violence with violence, but carries out the Father's saving purpose.
