If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I confess that I have sinned and that I have not always welcomed the truth about who you are. I turn from my sin and ask you to forgive me. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I believe you are the Son of God, and I confess you as my Lord. Come into my life and lead me in your truth. Amen.

Receive the Son of God

Lord, revive your Church to honor Jesus with humility and courage. Keep us from using religion to defend ourselves against your truth. Make us quick to listen, slow to condemn, and eager to follow the Son of God. Awaken us to worship and witness with fresh faith, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Awaken Your Church to Jesus

Pray by naming one place where you may be resisting Jesus or relying on your own certainty. Ask God to soften your heart, show you the truth, and give you courage to respond humbly to what you hear.

Pray for a Teachable Heart

Pray for people who are sincere but still closed to Jesus: for honesty, for freedom from pride, for courage to face his identity, and for patient conversations that open the door to faith.

For Those Who Resist Jesus

Father, thank you that Jesus is truly the Son of God, even when people reject him. Thank you that human accusation cannot change who he is. Help me trust him, honor him, and speak of him with reverence, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for the True Son

Praise God for the true identity of Jesus; worship him as Lord and Son of God; thank him that his truth stands even when people oppose it; ask for a heart that gladly bows to him.
