Come Into the Light

Lord, revive your church where we have grown comfortable with secrecy. Give us courage to repent quickly, love for truth, and compassion for a dark world. Make us a people who walk openly before you and shine with the light of Jesus, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your People in the Light

Father, I bring before you the things I have tried to hide. Forgive my evil thoughts, words, and actions; cleanse me; and teach me to choose honesty today, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Bring My Hidden Things Into the Open

Pray by naming one place where you have been hiding, ask God to show you it clearly, and ask for one honest step you can take today.

Pray for One Hidden Area

Bring these to God: gratitude that his light still comes into a dark world; thanks that truth can expose and heal; praise that hidden places are not beyond his mercy.

Thank God for the Light

Pray for people who feel safer in secrecy: that they would not stay trapped in shame, that they would meet trustworthy help, and that God's light would draw them toward freedom.
