Begin by naming one area where you have been casual about God's word. Ask God to replace self-confidence with humility, ignorance with understanding, and delay with a first step you can take today.

Pray for a Teachable Heart

Pray for people who have little access to God's teaching, for believers who will share it gently, and for communities where Scripture is neglected or misunderstood. Ask God to open minds and protect them from error.

For Those Still Uninstructed

Father, I do not want to stay shallow in your truth. Teach me to understand your word, give me a hunger for your law, and help me obey what you show me. Make me humble, steady, and faithful as I learn, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
