3. Formal Translation The angel of the LORD {Yahweh, Promise Giver} appeared to the woman and said, “Look closely: you are barren and have not borne a child, yet you will conceive and bear a son.” |
3. Dynamic Translation The angel of the LORD {Yahweh, Covenant Keeper} came to her and said, “Pay attention—you are childless and have never borne a child, yet you will become pregnant and give birth to a son.” |
