6. Formal Translation
And the sons of Israel were grieved toward Benjamin, their brother, and they said, “Today one tribe has been cut off from Israel.”
6. Dynamic Translation
The Israelites felt sorrow for their brother Benjamin, saying, “One tribe has been removed from Israel today.”
