11. Formal Translation From the voice of the musicians between the watering places, there they recount the righteous deeds of the LORD {Yahweh, Mighty Defender} and the righteous deeds of the villagers in Israel. Then the people of the LORD went down to the gates. |
11. Dynamic Translation At the sound of the musicians near the wells, they told of the LORD’s {Yahweh, Victorious Champion} victories and the courageous deeds done for the villagers in Israel. Then the LORD’s people went down to the city gates. |
