4. Formal Translation
Zion’s roads lament that no one comes to her appointed festival; all her gates lie deserted, her priests sigh, her virgins are afflicted, and she herself is bitter.
4. Dynamic Translation
The paths into Zion grieve because none arrive for her festival; her gates stand deserted, her priests groan, her young women endure suffering, and she is filled with sorrow.
