Source Text: Hebrew (WLC) Leviticus 1:15:1 ⧉וְהִקְרִיב֤וֹvehikreevo{And} shall bring it near Leviticus 1:15:2 ⧉הַכֹּהֵן֙hakohenthe priest Leviticus 1:15:3 ⧉אֶל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַelhammizbehakhto the altar Leviticus 1:15:4 ⧉וּמָלַק֙umalak{And} shall cut off Leviticus 1:15:5 ⧉אֶת־רֹאשׁ֔וֹetroshoits head Leviticus 1:15:6 ⧉וְהִקְטִ֖ירvehiktir{And} shall burn Leviticus 1:15:7 ⧉הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חָהhammizbeykhahon the altar Leviticus 1:15:8 ⧉וְנִמְצָ֣הvenimtsah{And} shall be drained out Leviticus 1:15:9 ⧉דָמ֔וֹdamoits blood Leviticus 1:15:10 ⧉עַ֖לalon Leviticus 1:15:11 ⧉קִ֥ירkirside of Leviticus 1:15:12 ⧉הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃hammizbeyakhthe altar |
15. Formal Translation And the priest shall bring it near to the altar, wring off its head, offer it up in smoke on the altar, and its blood shall be drained out on the side of the altar. |
