25. Formal Translation
The priest shall examine it; if he sees that the hair in the bright spot has turned white and its appearance is deeper than the skin, it is leprosy that has broken out in the burn, and the priest shall pronounce him unclean.
25. Dynamic Translation
If the priest looks at the spot and sees that the hair there has turned white and it looks deeper than the skin, it means a skin disease has taken hold in the burn, and the priest must declare the person unclean.
