A coordinated clause se-ar ba-nnega {שֵׂעָר בַּנֶּגַע | se-ʾār ba-nē-ʼāʿ} ‘the hair in the sore’ is followed by hafakh {הָפַךְ | hā-p̄akh} ‘has turned’ and lavan {לָבָן | lā-ḇān} ‘white’.

And the priest shall examine the sore on the skin of the flesh. If the hair in the sore has turned white and the appearance of the sore is deeper than the skin of his flesh, it is a sore of leprosy . When the priest looks at it, he shall pronounce him unclean.
