Exegesis

The verse opens with the negative particle lo {לֹא | lōʾ} ‘not’ introducing two parallel imperatives, telekh {תֵלֵךְ | tē-leḵ} ‘you shall go’ and taʿamod {תַעֲמֹד | ta-ʿā-mōḏ} ‘you shall stand.’
